(Split Release w/ 625thrash) Punch is a female-fronted San Francisco punk band playing fast and dirty hardcore in the vein of RAMBO, Mouthpiece, and Rorschach. Featuring former and current members of Doppleganger, Rosenbombs, Bullets In, and Loma Prieta. Split released with 625thrash.
Crime Novels is the solo project of "The Mall" frontman Ellery Samson. In Crime Novels, Samson takes the melodic hooks of the Mall, mixes in some serious noise, adds electronics and a floor tom, all while dancing around a gritty punk feel. For fans of The Mall, This Song is a Mess But So Am I, and The Show is The Rainbow Photos/art by Hamburger Eyes and A Minor Variant.

This isn't shiny and well coiffed, no this is dirty and noisy, scummy and crusty, Like Interpol if they were taken into an alley, roughed up a bit, hair mussed, suits ripped, soiled and dirtied, and forced to play through broken old amps and hand me down guitars and keyboards held together with duct tape. Super chaotic, wild and aggro, but subtly funky

Huel002 - Occam's Razor - "invisible" 7" (clear vinyl)
This is the long-awaited closing chapter in the Occam's Razor discography which includes a slew of 7"s on Grey Sky and Dood records. The songs on this record are the last 4 undocumented OR songs and feature a rawer, more punishing sound than on their previous efforts reflecting their anger and frustration towards the current state of..well pretty much everything. Apart from their music, OR was a large factor in the transformation of a burgeoning Fresno, California hardcore scene into a developed and tight-knit community of passionate DIY kids.

Archeopteryx is a San Francisco bay area band that shares the intensity and musicianship of other 2-piece bands like Lightning Bolt or Hella but with a more hardcore/screamy approach. Their sound alternates between soothing hypnotic rhythms and chaotic thrash. The two friends' ten-year relationship has culminated in this 13-song full length 10", their second proper release that follows up a split with Get Get Go on Pandacide. Recorded by Judah Nagler of the Velvet Teen and his brother Ephraim. hand-screened dust jackets!
